Cancel & Delivery Policies

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be done the day before the delivery date requested. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the order with a minimum of $10.All cancellations are given in a form a store credit only, no refunds given. There are no cancellations during the holiday weeks of Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas .

All deliveries are made during our business hours (until 7pm during holiday), all special delivery requests may be charged an additional $15 and up if this delivery request can be accomplished, otherwise they cannot be guaranteed. ( We do not apply extra charge without an approval from the customer) For a residence address, Flowers by Bobios may call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time or get an authorization to leave the product at the front door (NOT DURING HOLIDAY). If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. If the recipient is not at home, an attempts will be made to leave the package with a neighbor. In the event this fails, a tag will be left on the door requesting the recipient to call us to arrange delivery (delivery charge may be ask) or to pick up the product to the store. In the event an incorrect address is supplies, the sending customer will incur a second delivery charge. Flowers by Bobios LLC will inform a customer via phone or email in the case of refusal by the addressee of the product or in the event of an incomplete address preventing the completion of a delivery. No refunds on refused orders. No refunds on recipients not home or not at work for delivery. Make sure recipient will be home or at work during the day of the delivery date requested. We are not responsible if they are on vacation, etc.

If you or our sender REQUEST A SIGNATURE, you or someone else must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. Delivery will be rescheduled for the next business day or you may be requested to pick up to the store. Flowers by Bobios is not responsible for delivery delays or spoilage caused by failure to be there at time of delivery. For SIGNATURE RELEASE orders by the sender or the recipient, or if we have no specific instructions , the package will be left at the door unless: the driver deems it an insecure location, if the address is an apartment building with no doorman, or the address is to a business that is closed. Make sure you properly place contents upon receipt or before the end of the delivery day, as perishable items left outside for extended periods of time may spoil. Flowers by Bobios cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
DELIVERY TO AN APARTMENT, CONDO, OR GATED HOME* If you are shipping to an apartment building or condo, the driver will not leave the package outside of your door. If you have a doorman or reception that typically receives packages the driver may leave the package with them. Flowers by Bobios can not be responsible for a package if it is delivered to an apartment or condo and then not left at the door because nobody is home to receive the order. If you are shipping to a gated home, you must make sure that someone is available to open the gate when the driver arrives, as packages will not be left at the front gate. Flowers by Bobios can not be responsible for packages that are not left at a gated home because nobody is at the residence when the delivery is made.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested.
In most areas of the United States and Canada, orders placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 1p.m. in the recipient's time zone.
Exotic Flowers and Plants - Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, Next-Day delivery is required. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday.
International Deliveries Outside the United States and Canada, flower and plant orders placed by 2p.m. Eastern Time can be delivered the next business day. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required.
Delivery by FedEx® or UPS® At this time, flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivered by FedEx® or UPS® are only available for delivery in the United States. Next-Day, 2-Day, Standard Delivery (within 3 business days), or Saturday Delivery are available for most non-perishable products and some hearty plants. Morning delivery may be available for select zip codes. Morning delivery shipments will be delivered by 12 noon on the requested delivery date. Shipping Fees for these items vary based on the merchandise amount. Items shipped Standard or 2-Day delivery will be delivered on or before the selected delivery date. Perishable products will require Next-Day delivery.
Funeral arrangements require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day , please call us.
